Hello! I am Erica Cirillo, I was born in London and raised in Naples and have been teaching English as a Second Language since 2001. I am a qualified English as a Second Language teacher, having taken my teaching certification through the University of Cambridge Local Exam Syndicate in 2000. I took my specialization in teaching young learners in 2004. Since 2008, I am a Cambridge Speaking examiner holding exams yearly. I have been teaching ESL at the ISN since 2013. My teaching experiences have a wide range. I started in Italian State High School participating in numerous European funded projects aimed at exposing students to innovative English learning methods and finalized to the Cambridge Exams. My teaching experience also includes teaching in several University Faculties in Naples such as Medicine, Ophthalmology and the Art Academy. Furthermore I held Content and Language Integrated Learning courses finalized to International Certifications for Public High School Teachers.

Francesco Aiello

I've been teaching Italian language and culture to elementary through 12th grade at ISN since 2015. I have a master's degree in Philosophy, which is one of my passions, together with cinema, photography, and art. I also speak French fluently having lived and studied for two years in France. Teaching at ISN has given me the opportunity to celebrate different cultures in an environment where the values of global citizenship are promoted and developed in young people. Occasionally I collaborate as a journalist, writing about cultural subjects. When I am not teaching, I enjoy reading, swimming and traveling with my family. I grew professionally by studying, researching, and working for CNR in protection of cultural heritage; I am sure that beauty has to be shared in order to be meaningful.

With a Master’s degree in French for foreigners (F.L.E.) and extensive experience in Italy and abroad, I've refined methods to enhance motivation and purpose in learning French. As a DELF examiner, I guide students towards certification, emphasizing its global significance. Learning French is crucial for becoming a global citizen.

Hello, I'm from Naples, fluent in English, French, and basic Arabic. I'm a proud mom and specialize in teaching Italian as a second language. I hold a degree in 'Lingue e comunicazione interculturale' and a master's in 'Didattica dell’italiano L2'. Certified examiner for CILS, I've taught diverse groups including refugees and asylum seekers. My motto: 'A teacher is a student who never stops learning.'

I joined ISN last year as a Spanish teacher, I am Mexican, I graduated in business administration at ETAC university in Mexico. In 2006 I came to live in Italy, I have worked as a Spanish teacher at the British institute in Naples, I am an oral examiner for all levels of Spanish at the Cervantes institute in Naples, I have worked in different public schools in Naples for secondary and high school.

I grew up in a school context, my parents are teachers and they founded a private school 35 years ago in Mexico. During my studies I worked there as an English teacher.

I like to listen to children, and I firmly believe that teachers, besides teaching a specific subject, are a fundamental piece for the security and self-esteem of our students.
